Get Ready for the Great Devine Bake Off! 

Calling all bakers – it’s time to dust off your aprons and roll out your pastry! We’re excited to announce the launch of our very own Great Devine Bake Off, inspired by the much-loved Great British Bake Off, which launches next week on Channel 4, and it’s set to be a treat for everyone involved! 

Whether you’re a star baker or just love whipping up something sweet in the kitchen, or just have an unfortunate history of soggy bottoms, this is your chance to show off your skills whilst supporting Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice Services. Not only will you get to have fun creating delicious bakes, but you’ll also be raising vital funds for the children and families we care for. 

How it Works 

Much like its famous namesake, the Great Devine Bake Off will see bakers from all walks of life take on exciting challenges. Whether it’s a classic Victoria sponge or a show-stopping, hand-painted cake, we want you to wow us with your creations. And don’t worry if you’re not a baking expert – it’s all about having fun and getting involved for a great cause. 

To make it easy for you to take part, we’ve put together a FREE downloadable Bake Off pack that’s filled with everything you need to get started. From recipe ideas and judging criteria to fundraising tips and templates, you’ll be fully equipped to host your own bake sale or competition with friends, family, or colleagues.  

Why Take Part? 

By joining the Great Devine Bake Off, you’ll be helping us continue our vital work supporting children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions. Every cupcake, biscuit, or showstopper cake sold will help us raise funds for our hospice services, making a real difference in the lives of the babies, children and young people we support, along with their families. 

The best part? You can get creative and host your Bake Off however you like! Whether it’s a virtual bake Off, a neighbourhood bake sale, or even a friendly competition at work, there are endless ways to get involved and fundraise.
