Firewalk Challenge: Step Out of Your Comfort Zone!
Have you ever wanted to test your limits and conquer your fears?
The Firewalk Challenge in association with Arlington Park on Wednesday 13th November 2024 is your opportunity! Participants will walk barefoot over hot coals, guided by professional trainers. This exhilarating experience is not just a physical challenge; it’s a powerful metaphor for overcoming adversity.
Whether you choose to walk or support our brave participants, your contribution will help us provide essential care for children with life-limiting conditions.

Brighton Marathon: Run for a Cause
Lace up your running shoes for the Brighton Marathon on 6th April 2025!

Santa Dash: Festive Fun for Everyone
Berkshire’s Best Santa Dash is back, and this year promises to be bigger and merrier than ever!
Taking place on Sunday, 1 December 2024, participants of all ages are encouraged to don their best Santa costumes and take to the streets for a fun-filled festive run. With plenty of activities for the family, it’s a perfect way to kick off the holiday season while raising funds to support our Children’s Hospice.
Bring your family, friends (including your four-legged friends), and festive spirit for a day of joy and community.

Treecycling: A Green Initiative
As the holiday season comes to an end, we invite you to participate in our Treecycling initiative.
From 9th January to 11th January 2025, you can have your Christmas tree collected and recycled while supporting a good cause. We’ll turn your used trees into mulch, helping to promote sustainability in our community, and give the animals at BCA something to chomp on!
And the best part? With each tree collected, we’re able to raise funds for our services, making a positive impact both environmentally and for our children and families.

Need our help?
The word hospice should not seem scary and getting support from us doesn’t have to mean a child’s death is imminent. Helping to enrich the lives of the children and their families is at the heart of our service, our end of life and bereavement support is just a part of what we do.
Our children’s hospice service covers the whole of Berkshire and into surrounding counties. If you think your child may be eligible for our services, please do get in touch.
