Donate in memory

There are lots of ways to support Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice Service in memory of your loved one and we are here if you need any help or advice.

Make a donation in memory

You can remember someone special by making a one-off donation to Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice Service.

Your support would make such a difference to the lives of local children with a life-limiting or life-threatening condition.

Knitted hearts

£15

could pay for a memory box for a bereaved family, full of keepsakes to treasure

Boy plays with lego sunflower

£50

could help fund a visit at home for a child receiving end of life care

Children playing in daycare

£100

could go towards an hour of our group bereavement support days

Funeral collections

If you are organising or attending the funeral of a loved one, you might choose to ask for a donation to be made to Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice Service instead of buying or sending flowers. This is a simple and effective way of supporting our children’s hospice service.

You can set up on online Tribute Page to collect donations at the funeral by clicking on the link here. We can give advice on collecting donations online, including adding the link to an order of service, and we can also provide donation envelopes. Your funeral director may be able to handle this for you if you let them know you’d like to support Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice Service.

Tribute Page

An online Tribute Page is a beautiful way to remember and celebrate someone special, whilst making a lasting impact on Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice Service and the local children we support with a life-limiting and life-threatening condition. We have partnered with MuchLoved so you can create your Tribute Page, using the link here

Once set up, your Tribute Page will be your own online space where family and friends can share memories, upload photos, leave songs, videos and messages of remembrance, and light virtual candles to mark special occasions.

It is quick, easy and free to set up a Tribute Page in memory of your loved one and it will remain open for as long as you wish. You can leave a message, make a donation or plan a fundraising event through your Tribute Page and share with friends and family.
