We are always there for the children who need us today

Let us be there for all the families to come with a gift in your Will

We want to always be there for families, now and in the future

Thank you for considering making a gift in your Will to Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice Service.

Alexander Devine is the extraordinary and brave boy who inspired our children’s hospice service. He was just four years old when he was diagnosed with a brain tumour and there is simply nothing in this world that can prepare a family for such devastating news. He endured four and a half years of treatments and sadly, aged eight, he died.

Inspired by their son, Fiona and John Devine set up the charity Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice Service. This is the beautiful legacy Alexander has left.

His legacy has changed the lives of so many children with a life-limiting or life-threatening condition and their families, across Berkshire and into the surrounding counties.

We are always here for the children and families who need us. We provide their child with the specialist care they need, we listen when they want to talk, we make keepsakes so they can create happy memories, and we stand beside them in their child’s final moments. We want to always be there for the families that need us, now and in the future, and you can make this possible by leaving a gift in your Will.
