Fun and laughter at Alexander Devine’s Spring Family Fun Day

It was a fun filled day for all at Alexander Devine on Sunday 13 April, with our Spring Family Fun Day bringing smiles to the faces of the children and families we support. The children’s hospice was filled with joy and laughter as the host of entertainers at the event captured imaginations and created unforgettable moments.
Spread a Smile’s amazing Magician, Magic Nick, was a big hit and the children were mesmerised with his tricks and illusions. They were also enthralled by The Flying Seagull Project’s circus tricks. It was a joy to see the delight on the children’s faces as they interacted with the Easter Bunny sent by Fizzy Whizz Entertainment, and they loved Hugo the pony, who they were able to pet and fuss over! There was also the opportunity to create some works of art thanks to Norden Farm and the Pizza Van proved to be a tasty and popular treat!
The fun and excitement continued with Joker Squad thrilling the children and adults with their Star Wars themed costumes, transporting our families to another world and firing imaginations. The event was made truly memorable with Dali Balloons surprising the children with magnificent creations and James with his awesome cars.
Happy days like these are so important to bring families who are going through similar experiences together, providing a chance for them to bond and giving them a sense of belonging.
