Toy donations needed!
As Christmas fair season approaches, we’re once again looking for brand-new and preloved toys in good condition for our pop-up shops and festive stalls. We would especially love items such as the following:
- Soft toys (with CE labels)
- Children’s books
- Puzzles
- Toys
- Games
- Larger play items such as dolls houses, bikes, scooters, garden toys etc.
Any items you donate will help to raise vital funds to support local children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, and their families.
How to donate
We’ve installed two donation bins outside our hospice building, located to the left of the front doors. Donations can be dropped off Monday to Friday, between 9am and 4pm, at:

If you have larger items, such as dolls’ houses, prams, bicycles, forts, play kitchens or garden toys, these can be collected locally by prior arrangement. Please phone 01628 822777 or email fundraising@alexanderdevine.org to organise a convenient collection time.

Need our help?
The word hospice should not seem scary and getting support from us doesn’t have to mean a child’s death is imminent. Helping to enrich the lives of the children and their families is at the heart of our service, our end of life and bereavement support is just a part of what we do.
