Maidenhead Half Marathon, 25th October 2026
We’re delighted to be Charity of The Year for the second year in a row, for Run Through’s Maidenhead Half Marathon!
Starting at The Moor, the route covers two laps that blend lively town-centre sections with scenic countryside stretches and great spectator spots to keep you moving all the way to the finish.
This RunBritain and UKA licensed race welcomes runners of all abilities. Expect clear kilometre and mile markers, smooth organisation, and friendly marshals guiding you at every key point.
Every step will help to raise vital funds to provide specialist care and support to children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, and their families, across Berkshire, South Bucks and into surrounding counties.

Need our help?
The word hospice should not seem scary and getting support from us doesn’t have to mean a child’s death is imminent. Helping to enrich the lives of the children and their families is at the heart of our service, our end of life and bereavement support is just a part of what we do.
